Learning experiences that help students and trainees build skills beyond academics

Potential is everywhere. Opportunity isn’t. We’re here to bridge that gap.
SkillKaari was born from a simple belief: learning should prepare people for life, not just for a certificate.
We are building a learning and talent ecosystem that brings together practical skilling for today’s world and meaningful experiences for young minds through workshops, competitions and school programs.
Our philosophy is simple - learn, experience, apply and grow. Whether it is a learner building a future-ready skill or a child discovering an unexplored talent, we create opportunities that turn curiosity into capability.
We don’t want to be another course platform or another activity provider. SkillKaari connects learning with doing, and talent with opportunity.
Different journeys. One purpose, unlocking potential.

At SkillKaari, ideas begin with a conversation, a question, or simply the thought that young people should experience more of the world they are preparing to enter.
Our initiatives span collaborations with NGOs, PSUs, Corporates and Governments in online skilling and capacity building, across areas such as Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Artificial Intelligence in everyday life, Personality Development and other emerging skills. We also work with institutions to imagine experiences beyond conventional classrooms, creating opportunities for students to understand public institutions, civic spaces and the systems that shape the world around them.
Some initiatives address conversations that matter, but often remain outside textbooks. Adolescent health and hygiene, the everyday questions young girls encounter about their minds, bodies and rights, cyber safety, personal awareness and self defence are among the areas we continue to explore through thoughtfully designed institutional engagements.
And then there are initiatives built simply around curiosity, expression and the joy of participation. Through school competitions and creative challenges, we give students across age groups a platform to think, create, write, imagine and be recognised, while building strong cognitive foundations.
Different ideas. Different audiences. One underlying thought: learning should occasionally take you somewhere you did not expect to go.
Building on the overwhelming response to Project RISE 1.0, Project RISE 2.0 takes creativity a step further with thoughtfully designed, age-specific challenges for students from Grades 1–12. Going beyond competition, it encourages imagination, observation, real-world thinking, communication and empathy, giving every child and youngster a platform to think, create and express.

Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
What kind of programs does SkillKaari undertake?
Our initiatives range from online skilling in areas such as Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Artificial Intelligence in everyday life and Personality Development to specially designed institutional programs around student exposure, adolescent awareness, cyber safety, self defense, health and hygiene, creativity and other emerging areas.
Does SkillKaari work directly with schools?
Yes. Schools are an important part of the SkillKaari ecosystem. We work with institutions on competitions, workshops, student engagement programs and customized initiatives that can be designed around the requirements of a particular school or group of students.
Can an institution request a customized program?
Yes. Not every meaningful learning experience needs to come from a standard catalogue. Institutions can connect with us with an idea, requirement or even a problem they would like to address, and we can explore an appropriate program around it.
What is Project RISE?
Project RISE is SkillKaari's school creativity initiative, designed to encourage students to think beyond textbooks and express themselves through art, writing and imagination. After the response to its first edition, Project RISE returns with an expanded Creativity Challenge 2.0 for students from Grades 1 to 12. The first edition was also publicly circulated by participating schools as a SkillKaari creative-expression initiative.
Who can participate in Project RISE 2.0?
Students from Grades 1 to 12 can participate. They are divided into four age-appropriate categories so that younger and older students are not evaluated on the same creative expectations.
What size paper can students use for artwork?
Poster and caricature entries may be prepared on A3 or A4 paper. Students may use crayons including wax, oil, plastic or pastel varieties.
How are entries submitted?
Students participating through their school should follow the instructions shared by their school or academic coordinator. Schools can collect entries and submit them together through the designated submission channel. Digital files should be named in the format FullName_Class_SchoolName to make identification easier.
Video Entries can be sent to the 'Contact Us' WhatsApp Number. Institutions can also send the Videos in a Google Drive Link to the same WhatsApp Number.
Can schools participate as an institution rather than asking every student to register separately?
Yes. Project RISE 2.0 has been designed to make institutional participation convenient. A school can coordinate registrations, collect participation fees, prepare its final participant list and consolidate student entries before sharing them with SkillKaari.
Who evaluates the entries?
Project RISE 2.0 brings together a distinguished jury from education, public administration, academia and media. The jury panel includes Dr. Jagdish Chandra Pant as Jury Chair, Capt. Prabhanshu Srivastava, Dr. G. S. Chauhan and Ms. Surbhi R. Sharma.
How will students be evaluated?
Evaluation is based on the criteria prescribed for the relevant category, with emphasis on factors such as originality, creativity, relevance to the topic, expression and presentation. The objective is not merely to reward polished work, but to recognize how thoughtfully a student has interpreted the challenge.
Will students receive recognition?
Yes. Project RISE is designed to combine participation with recognition. Selected entries receive prizes and distinctions, while the wider initiative seeks to give students a meaningful platform to create, express and be acknowledged for their effort in addition to certifications for all.
Is Project RISE only about winning prizes?
No. The competition is deliberately structured around topics that encourage observation, imagination, independent thought and self expression. The prizes add excitement, but the larger purpose is to give children another reason to think and create beyond marks and examinations.
How can a school or institution collaborate with SkillKaari?
Schools, NGOs, corporates, PSUs, government bodies and other institutions can connect with SkillKaari to explore existing initiatives or discuss something completely customized. Sometimes all an initiative needs to begin is a requirement worth solving.
